Online Addict – Cure

Many students are facing online addiction. From the survey conducted by World Internet Survey, most of Malaysian spend more than 5 hours surfing internet. Their online activities are playing games, facebooking and chatting. How can parents play the role to prevent excessive internet abuse?

Prevention:
- Installation of Online Monitoring tools to limit the bandwidth of internet line.
- Parents can purchase Broadband instead of using fixed line. Use Maxis/ Celcom and Digi Broadband with 3GB of monthly bandwidth
- Sending the child for more tuition classes.
- Encourage their child to participate more in school activities
